Program Idea for Your Library: Incredible Bats

ImageSara Wilson — director of Mill Pond Public Library in Kingston, Wisconsin — shared this tip:

This was a summer reading program that we had, but I think you could use it any time, for kids and/or adults. It was called "Incredible Bats". The person who presented was Sharon Peterson, M.S., Ed. She is a school teacher out of Illinois, and she came and talked about bats and brought 2 live bats with her. Her website is www.incrediblebats.com. I hate bats and I learned a ton of new things from her. Very interesting show.

Thanks, Sara!
